What We Do

Style with Purpose

How We Operate

Youth in need must be referred by an informed adult, someone who is familiar with the situation. Personnel representing agencies, schools, group homes, and regional treatment centers are welcome to refer a teen to San Antonio Threads. Please download the Referral Form below and email it to referrals@SanAntonioThreads.org We need clothing and shoe size information to ensure a successful shopping experience for each and every youth.

What We Do

We provide NEW clothes for FREE to youth who are between the ages of 12 and 21 and have been referred to us. Because of the growing number of shoppers served, we ALWAYS need donations of new clothing and gift cards which allow us to shop to meet special needs.

San Antonio Threads operates by appointment only Monday-Friday, between the hours of 10am and 5pm. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.

To ensure our shoppers are treated to a VIP experience, caring volunteer “stylists” help them find their correct sizes, preferred colors and “look.” We have a small group of volunteers that provide a VIP experience for our teens.

What kind of donations do we need?

Teen Boys

NEW Boxers, Undershirts, Pajama Pants, Socks, Jogger-Style Pants, Denim Pants, Hoodies, T-shirts, Tennis Shoes and Full-Sized Toiletries. Extended sizes of all clothing items are needed.
